I bought this range hood when we remodeled our kitchen and it looks great. The touchscreen display is a nice feature. I really haven't really put the hood through heavy use yet, but it seems to work well. I can't really comment on the installation as I had it done by the contractor. The only minor cons are the light is a little too dim and the clock is on military time. Haven't figured out how to change it or if you can change it. Overal a great buy.
